With twenty years of experience launching innovative faith communities, we understand that every form of marginalization, every leader, and every missional engagement is different. Instead of defining a simple formula, we have defined a repeatable six phase process that allows every IFC project to launch and grow based on their unique situations. For us, the process begins with God’s Spirit stirring someone to follow His call to make a difference in the lives of others and bring the good news that God’s kingdom has come near.
