- Made for More in Bertram, Texas, is building intergenerational relationships that help children improve their reading and equip young adults with practical life skills.
- Lufkin Street Ministries in Lufkin, Texas, walks alongside people experiencing homelessness and poverty by offering meals, prayer, fellowship, and compassionate care.
- The Table–Irving in South Irving, Texas, is creating authentic community through shared meals, neighborhood relationships, and practical support for families.
- Impact Spartanburg in Spartanburg, South Carolina, is showing love and hope by serving hundreds of neighbors in a government-subsidized apartment community.
- Siempre Familia Church in Fort Worth, Texas, is engaging the Hispanic community through a reimagined faith community led by Manuel and Nancy Gonzalez.
