Mission Alive offers a number of resources that help existing churches become more engaged in God’s mission.
Discipleship Cohorts (DCs) – Our DCs help individuals and small groups learn to listen to God through Scripture, prayer and being on mission. The 16-week class focuses on experiencing God, shaping our understanding of our calling, and helping us take steps to live more deeply in our purpose. You’ll join 4-6 fellow disciples sharing the journey. We call them cohorts because the focus in on sharing a journey rather than merely listening to lectures. Once you’ve completed your first DC we can train you to facilitate DCs on your own and share the richness of a journey with God.
Catalyze Conversations – We offer a number of leadership training opportunities based on our coaching that we call kenotic conversations for growth and change. Catalyze Conversations is a six (6) hour on-site workshop for church leaders, elders and staff that will transform leadership and pastoral conversations. We’ll help you view your conversations with a coaching mindset and engage people with basic coaching skills–skills that reduce your burden to solve problems or have just the right thing to say. You’ll learn to listen in ways that free others to be authentic and empower them with confidence and clarity to take action and move forward.
