This week marks the 18th anniversary of Steve’s dedicated service to Mission Alive. After receiving his coach training credentials from Transformational Leadership Coaching and serving as a coach mentor with TLC, Steve became aware of Mission Alive. He joined Mission Alive in 2008 as a coach mentor. In 2013, Steve and Tod developed Mission Alive’s Catalyze Coaching program. As Tod moved into the Executive Director position, Steve became Director of Coaching and was the primary force in Mission Alive becoming accredited with International Coaching Federation, the gold standard in coach training. Together with Tod, Steve developed the Discipleship Cohort materials that have helped so many deepen their relationship with God through a focused practice of spiritual disciplines shared with a small group of believers. Now, as Director of Coaching and Operations, he is involved in all aspects of Mission Alive. Recently, Steve has concentrated on developing training courses for our IFC leaders as well as courses for use by individuals and congregations (we will tell you more about these as they become available).
