Catalyze Coaching continues to offer the highest level of coach training
Mission Alive’s Catalyze Coach training program was recently renewed as a Level 1 training program by the International Coaching Federation. In the world of coaching, ICF represents the gold standard for coach training programs and requires adherence to a rigorous code of ethics and mastery of core coaching competencies. Coaches trained in our Level 1 Professional Program enjoy a smooth path to obtaining ICF credentials and the benefit of industry recognized distinction. Our coach training programs serve multiple aspects of the Mission Alive core mission. As a missional ministry seeking to transform the lives of our marginalized neighbors, our innovative faith community leaders are constantly working to restore agency, value, and hope. The coaching philosophy of walking alongside provides the perfect model to pursue empowering transformation. In addition, our IFC leaders often depend upon a mixture of raised funds and bi-vocational income. Coaching opens the door to bi-vocational income using skills that enhance their ministry efforts and provides flexibility in their schedule. Holding ICF credentials creates more opportunities and assures clients they are partnering with a proven, highly skilled professional. Mission Alive offers three options of coach training to meet your needs:
- Catalyze Leadership Track–provides an in-depth introduction to coaching knowledge and hands-on practice of basic coaching skills.
- Catalyze Certification Track–augments the Leadership Track with practice and supervised client-coaching.
- Catalyze Professional Track–extends the Certification Track to prepare you for ICF ACC credential application.
