Tod Vogt, Director of Equipping; BA, MA (Communication), MMiss; Serves as Coach and Coach Trainer for MA Church Planters and Coaches; Serves as Director of Spiritual Mentoring for Church Planters

Charles Kiser, Director of Development; BA, MDiv (Theology); Works primarily with the board and the rest of the staff to raise funds so that Mission Alive can continue to equip church planters and church planting churches.

Holly Thigpen, Administrative Coordinator; BS, MBA; provides administrative support for Mission Alive; handles logistics for equipping labs
